Yoga is held on a Thursday after school from 3.05pm until 4pm for lower school, and until 4:15pm for years 3-6.  


With yoga postures, breathing activities and journalling. A chance to calm and become more centred after the school day. 


The first session for the Spring Term 2020 will be 16th January and the last session will be on 2nd April.  Please note that there will be no session on 13th February due to parents evening.
