Vacancy - The Hive Playworker (Temporary/Maternity Cover)
Hours: Breakfast Club (7:15–9 am) and after school care (3:00-6.30pm) (5.25 hours per day, 5 days a week)
Holy Trinity CofE Primary School has a rapidly expanding wraparound school provision to serve and meet the needs of our school community. The successful applicant will be able to support high quality Breakfast Club and after school care working alongside our dedicated school staff. We are offering the chance to be part of a relatively new team (provision launched in September 2019), working with delightful children in our school community. Your role would be to support children to access quality wraparound care provision. You would be confident in working with children, planning and leading activities and enjoy working in a team. You would be someone who is flexible and creative to adapt to children’s interests, able to follow policy and ensure children are safe at all times. We can offer you a friendly working environment, training and development, a chance to shape provision and children who are rewarding to work with.
Our school is an excellent training establishment with everything necessary for staff to develop their professional skills with an excellent induction policy and effective appraisal system. Staff form a supportive and friendly team and have consistent, high expectations of children. This role would suit an experienced and qualified person, either in child care supervision or teaching however we are able to train up the right person. Please also read the job description and person specification.

The Midday Supervisors play a very important role within our school. We do have vacancies and we would welcome enquiries from anyone who enjoys working with children.
